Religious institutions play crucial role in inculcating morals in the society and changing people’s perception, attitude and behaviour towards the environment and nurturing a human race that cares for creation.

Also dubbed ecotheology, through the programme, we work closely with the religious institutions and religious leaders to develop programmes that focus on the interrelationships between religion and the environment as well as to incorporate environmental education into religious teachings and activities to promote stewardship for God’s creation.

We also carry out participatory training and capacity building to religious leaders through workshops and seminars and help faith based organizations to organize activities aimed at creating environmental awareness.
